We went to Kids Empire with the Glover boys for Asher's birthday!  Claire had a blast and it was fun to catch up with Sara.

Jackie came in town for a wedding so we were able to have a girls night!  It was fun to catch up.

Claire calls the remote the "kamote".  Greg and I love it so I had to get it on camera.  We don't want her to ever learn to say it right.

Grant is 8!  How can that be!?  Grant was so excited for his birthday!! He wanted a basketball themed birthday.  He loves the Chiefs so he got a sweatshirt, a blanket and some football cards.  He even gets an early out on his birthday!  Then some bowling to celebrate this afternoon and lots of celebrations this weekend.

Grant had his friend birthday at Spare Time.  He wanted to play games and then the boys played one game of laser tag.  Grant had a blast with kids friends.  The party stressed me out having those boys running all over but I am glad Grant had fun.

Grant had his family birthday the next day.  He had a lot of celebrating this week!  The family came over for pizza and cake.  He loved all of his presents and he was one happy 8 year old boy!

If Greg lays on the floor the kids are instantly attracted to him and will climb all over him.  They love it but I am not sure Greg always feels the same way.

Grant had pictures for his basketball team and they turned out so good!  He looks so handsome in the pictures!

I have been working on my french braiding of Claire's hair.  I will french braid it at night after she showers and I am getting so much better at it.  I do still have a lot of work to do.  She loves her "Elsa hair" and it also helps with the tangles at night. And it is beautiful in the morning when I take it out.  It is a win-win.

Claire had a performance in her dance class and she was so excited to perform for me!

We put up our tree early this year since the Christmas season is so short.  He kids had fun putting ornaments on the tree.  Some lights are out on this tree so we might be getting a new tree next year!  Let all the Christmas festivities begin!

The boys have been playing fantasy football this year and love looking at their teams.  They get along well while doing this so I had to capture this rare moment.
